Application Procedure

Applications are submitted by completing the online application form. By submitting the form, you agree to pay the registration fee. Placement is based on the order in which applications are received. If a training/course/program is fully booked, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list. Applicants on the waiting list will be contacted in order of registration if a spot becomes available. If no spot opens up, you may reapply for the next available edition of the training/course/program.

Perennis reserves the right to postpone or cancel a training/course/program if there are too few registrations or if special circumstances require it. This is at the discretion of Perennis. In such cases, participants and clients will be notified in writing in advance.

Cancellation

If you are unable to participate in the training/course/program due to unforeseen circumstances, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation by or on behalf of the participant will always incur costs. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice will be regarded as the cancellation date.

• For cancellations up to 30 days before the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total net price will be charged.

• For cancellations between 30 and 10 days before the start date, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.

• For cancellations within 10 days of the start date, no refund is possible.

If, in the opinion of Perennis, there is reason to cancel the training/course/program entirely, all fees already paid will be fully refunded.

Payment

After registration, you will receive a confirmation of placement and an invoice stating the amount due. The course fee must be paid within the specified payment term. Shortly before the start of the training/course/workshop, you will receive further practical information.

Liability

Perennis cannot be held responsible for lost belongings, theft, or accidents that may occur during workshops and trainings organized and/or conducted by Perennis.
