You’ll receive:

  • An introductory session, either live or via Skype

  • 9 online lessons, each offering the keys to live more deeply connected to yourself

  • Written materials for every lesson, in the form of a reflective workbook

  • Practices and meditations to deepen your experience beyond each lesson

  • The possibility to reach out by email, with a response within 72 hours

  • 3 Skype sessions during the program — in weeks 3, 7, and 12 —
    to anchor your growth and support your integration.
