For over twenty years, I’ve been guiding women toward a deeper connection with themselves.
At the heart of my work lies the invitation to cultivate a warm, awake, and wild way of being —
toward yourself, toward others, and toward life itself.
As a mother of two daughters, my fascination with womanhood and the cycle was deeply nourished by their questions and by the way they looked up to me — both as a mother and as a woman.
We are here to embody womanhood, to live it fully.
It’s essential that we, as women, stay connected to the wisdom of our bodies and our cycles —
to trust them and use them as guiding instruments in the navigation of life.
Deepening my understanding of my own cycle has allowed me to know myself on a much deeper level —
in so many areas of life: energy, embodiment, sexuality, memory, intuition, orientation, weight, social openness...
It has helped me truly know myself —
and, perhaps even more importantly, to honor and cherish myself with deeper love and appreciation.
Both of our daughters celebrated their first menstruation with a powerful ceremony —
a true celebration of womanhood.
In my own life, I align not only my rhythm but also my entire business
with my cycle and with the rhythm of the moon.
Over the years, I’ve guided many entrepreneurs in creating a cyclical and soul-led business —
a way of working that ensures sustainable growth and authentic development.
Cycles teach us about divine timing and the possibilities that unfold in each moment.
Above all, they remind us that we are part of something greater —
a vast, living rhythm that holds us all.
