There was a night, some years ago, when we lay awake at 4am, feeling into what our high-frequency children were showing us and inviting us into.
That was the moment this work was born from. Not to build a business and have a life alongside it, but a refusal to keep the two separate, a refusal to keep living smaller than what was moving through us.
That was the moment we understood the next level wasn't asking us to do more. It was asking us to be more and to become undivided.
That moment became the root of The Portal. Because we kept meeting brilliant leaders who weren't lacking capacity, strategy or devotion. They were lacking coherence.
